Processing Time
Within 1–3 working days after placing the order, it is checked, approved, and packaged. The package is then prepared for transport.

New Zealand: 5–10 working days
Shipping is handled by NZ Post.
All shipping times exclude possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
After shipping, the customer receives an e-mail with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. For this, click in the main menu on our website on “track your order.”
For logistical reasons, the order may be sent in multiple partial shipments.
It can take up to 5 working days before tracking information is updated. If the tracking still shows no information after a few days, customer service can be contacted.

Returns
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, insofar as you have ordered one or more goods under a single order and they were delivered at the same time;
on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last goods, insofar as you have ordered multiple goods under a single order and they were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done by e-mail: support@kavero-fashion.com.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than 30 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this reimbursement incur any costs for you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have:
received the returned goods, or
you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any event no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Reasons for Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements:
for the supply of goods not prefabricated and made according to an individual choice or decision of the consumer;
for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate quickly or have a limited shelf life;
for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon in the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
for the supply of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for agreements:
for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery;
for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
for the supply of audio/video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been broken after delivery.
