Shipping and delivery

1. Processing time
Within 1–3 working days after placing the order, it is checked, approved and packaged. The package is then prepared for transport.

2. Delivery time
New Zealand: 5–10 working days
Shipping is handled by NZ Post.

All shipping times exclude possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

What does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss or damage to the package.

Where is my package?
After shipping, the customer receives an e-mail with a tracking number.
The order can be followed via the tracking page on our website. For this, click in the main menu on our website on “track your order”.
For logistical reasons, the order may be sent in multiple partial shipments.

My tracking number does not work
It can take up to 5 working days before tracking information is updated. If the tracking still shows no information after a few days, customer service can be contacted.
